BOB provides development services to area businesses, social enterprises, individuals and organizations wishing to start a business in the Inner-City. BOB has experience working with non-profits, business planning, connecting clients to funding, government and other collaborators in the private sector. We can also help find suitable real estate, help your business work its way through the city licensing and permits and introduce you to new market opportunities.
Along with our lending partners Ecotrust, Renewal Partners and VanCity, BOB provides loans for businesses wishing to grow in the Inner-City.
BOB's work to support green business and job creation in the inner-city, including the support of urban farming, is also funded with support from the Real Estate Foundation of British Columbia and the Organic Sector Development Program.
